Claude in Action Cohort

A live, four-session cohort for finance professionals who want to stop dabbling with Claude and start using it on real work: the close, the reporting, and the analysis that fill your week.

You have Claude. You've probably tried it once or twice, maybe had it draft an email or summarize a document, then gone back to doing things the way you always have. The gap between having Claude and actually using it well is not the tool. It's knowing how to work with it. In four weeks, this cohort closes that gap.

What it is
Four live sessions, 60 minutes each, in a small group. You bring your own finance work and leave using Claude on it.

What you'll walk away with
Hours back every week. You spend less time on the repetitive parts of the close, reporting, and analysis, and more on the work that actually needs your judgment. You also become the person on your team who knows how to put AI to work in finance, which is fast becoming one of the most valuable skills in the field. And you leave with the concrete pieces to keep going: Skills and Projects built on your own work, plus a clear sense of what Claude does well and where it falls short, so you trust what you get back.

Before you join
You need a paid Claude plan to take part: Claude Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise. You don't need any technical background. If you work in finance and want to actually use Claude to win hours back, you're ready.

Case Study

How a financial controller in Germany automated a full day of monthly reconciliation work

Who this is about

Christian Loppinet is a Financial controller in Cooper Turner Beck group, currently completing the practical years required for chartered accountancy status. He's also writing his qualifying thesis on how chartered accountants can use Claude in the budgeting and variance analysis work they do for clients.

Before

Every month end, he reconciled two related entities by hand: clearing overdue accounts receivable, updating the intercompany AR from that balance, then completing the intercompany statements between entities so the numbers could be uploaded to the group's reporting platform. Three steps, done in Excel, from a fresh export each time. Before he could automate any of it, he had to make the case internally for a Claude license, since access at his company wasn't automatic.

What he built

He came into session 2 with the process already mapped and asked how to turn it into something repeatable. Following the same approach covered in that session, he built it as two skills inside a Cowork project: one that adds reconciliation formulas to the raw AR export, and one that uses that output to populate the reconciliation template. He tested the first two steps against May and June data and confirmed the output matched what he'd have gotten doing it by hand. By session 3 he was scoping the third step, accounts payable and the reconciling items that come with it.

He didn't get it right in one pass. Running it month to month, he caught a mistake in the output, had Claude correct it, and asked Claude to hold that fix in memory so the same error wouldn't show up the next month.

Result

Roughly a day saved each month on this one task. It was one of several use cases he worked through in the training, and the one that paid off fastest. By the final session, he was also weighing whether to extend it into a plugin.

What Students Say

“Anna's Claude class was the most useful training I've taken in years. Clear, well-paced, completely hands-on. I left with prompts and setups I now use in my audit work every week.”

— Michael Karetko, Senior Auditor, Revenew International

"I've enjoyed Anna's training at AI Finance Club for many months now; her style is well structured and gets straight to the point. She's also helped me hands-on with one of my own projects, getting into the actual build with me. Between the teaching and the hands-on help, she's excellent at both."

— Mils Misina, Portfolio CFO, London, UK

“I work in AI, and I still learned a lot from Anna's Claude class. She explains clearly, keeps everything hands-on, and ties it all to real finance workflows. If you want your finance team actually using Claude, not just holding licenses, Anna is who I'd send them to.”

— Lillian Buziak, CEO, Caprus AI
